Infrastructure
Long-term investments in one of the most stable private markets asset classes – from energy and utilities to digital and social infrastructure.
Capital raising in infrastructure, real estate and private debt. We provide institutional investors with access to carefully selected alternative investments – specialising in Germany and Austria, with established partnerships reaching into Switzerland and the Nordics.
As an independent, owner-managed placement agent we bring two worlds together: institutional investors seeking access to private markets, and asset managers raising capital for their strategies. We assess, select and place – and stay at the side of both parties well beyond the transaction.
seeking carefully selected access to private markets that matches their risk-return profile.
seeking qualified access to institutional capital for their strategies.

Long-term investments in one of the most stable private markets asset classes – from energy and utilities to digital and social infrastructure.

Access to institutional real estate strategies across the full risk-return spectrum, from standing assets to actively managed portfolios.

Credit strategies beyond traditional bank lending – a building block for predictable income and portfolio diversification.
Every investor has a different risk-return profile. The strategies we place therefore cover the full private markets spectrum – which class fits your allocation is something we determine together in a personal conversation.
Established assets and strategies with predictable, recurring cash flows and lower risk.
A solid foundation with additional return potential through moderate active components.
Active management and targeted value creation for higher return opportunities at higher risk.
Germany and Austria are our home market – this is where we know investors, market standards and decision-making processes first-hand. Long-standing partnerships in Switzerland and the Nordics extend this reach in a targeted way. For asset managers this means one point of contact, one coordinated process – and a market that goes far beyond the home region.
You gain carefully selected access to alternative investments that would otherwise often require a large network of your own – with strategies that match your investment objectives and a partner who knows the German and Austrian perspective first-hand.
Through us you gain qualified access to institutional capital – with a clear focus on Germany and Austria, significantly extended through established partnerships in Switzerland and the Nordics. A market that reaches well beyond the German and Austrian core region, backed by a network built on substance rather than volume.
Founded in 2014 and led by the same people for more than a decade. What matters to us are not individual transactions, but partnerships that last for years.
